• Período: enero 2010 a diciembre 2015.• Centros notificadores : 21 públicos y privados, • Casos: 416 nuevos incidentes y retrospectivos.

• CTCL= 387 (93%) • CBCL= 28 (7%)
• Baja frecuencia de formas más raras– PC-CD4+ small/medium T-cell lymphoma – PC-CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic
cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma
MF = 76%

Resumen y conclusiones• Nº casos : 416• Edad mediana : 57 años (rango 0- 90) .• Antecedente de enfermedad inflamatoria cutánea
previa: 28% de los casos.• 40% eccema
– 14% parapsoriasis– 11% psoriasis
• Historia previa de cáncer : 8.7% de los casos.– 24% Linfomas
• Edad: SS media 67 años y LyP media 48.5 años • Casi todas las variantes predominan en varones
excepto LCP-MZL.

• ATLL solo incidental.• CBCL muestran una frecuencia similar a
los países asiáticos: PC-FCLL y PC-MZL fueron las más frecuentes.
• Pacientes < 20 años: n: 42 ;MF 57%; Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type 14% y con predominio masculino.
• En relación a Brasil y Perú, la frecuencia de CBCL duplica en esos paises a los casos en Argentina.
