We are young architectural design firm with more than nine years of experience in residential, villas, layout plans, commercial projects and interior design.
Architecture being value engineering and to enhance aesthetics of the building, we strive to excel in these line in our architectural service.

Apartment Project: Vijayas “Vaibhav” at Electronic City , Bangalore. Site area: 51320 Sq.ft (1 acre 28Guntas) Total Built up area: 104600 Sq.ft No. Of Floors: Stilt + 4 Floors No. Of. Units: 82 Units. Status : Ongoing Project brief: The project is designed with 2 BHK,2.5 BHK and 3 BHK units with area ranging from 1150 Sq.ft,1300 Sq.ft and 1370 Sq.ft. respectively. The apartment is designed based on VASTU principals with no common wall. The living room get’s an covered internal landscaped space with low height sill window instead of Balcony which adds to the interior space.

Apartment for Suvastu housing pvt.ltd At Sarjapur road, Bangalore Site area: 3.5 Acre Total Built up area: 175560 Sq.ft. No. OF Floors: Basement + Ground + 2 Upper floors with terrace gardens. Status : Ongoing The Project is designed for low rise- high end apartments. The contemporary design style with large balconies will provide the units with more natural light and ventilation. The units are designed with areas ranging from 1145sq.ft , to 1160 sq.ft for 2 BHK unit and 1400 sq.ft for 2.5 BHK units. The second floor units were designed as duplexes units one bed room being at terrace level with individual terrace garden . The blocks are located such that they forms an avenue of green between the blocks.

Status : Ongoing The project is designed with 2 BHK large and 2 BHK small units of area ranging between 950 sq.ft to 750 Sq.ft. The units are designed based on VASTU principals.

Proposed Hospital for Dr. Hatiwale Site area : 3200 Sq.ft. Total Built up area: 7100 Sq.ft. No. Of. Floors: Ground + 2 Upper floors. Status : Ongoing The 20 bed hospital is designed on a site area of 3200 Sq.ft. The G+2 floor building comprises of two doctor consultation rooms, One minor procedure room, Operation theatre and Labor room and 5 double bed specialty wards. General wards and Pharmacy with patients waiting area and reception. The second floor comprises of doctors won residence with 4 bed room, living ,dining and kitchen.

Residence for Mr. D R Raju @ Bangalore •Built up area: 7000 sq.ft

•No. Of Floors : Stilt ,Ground+ 2 Upper floors •The five bed room house is designed in contemporary architectural style. The juxtaposition of spaces create the massing.

•The terrace is semi covered with 5’ wide band with MS Pergolas to shelter the terrace garden and the Spa area.

•Part of the façade is covered with Funder max an aluminum composite panels which resemblance the wooden finish.

•Status: Completed

Concorde Cuppertino Site area: 12.5 Acre. The 12.5 acre of prime land amidst IT hub (Electronic city) is designed for high-end luxury villas. About us Basavaraj M Kapale –Principal Architect Ar. Basavaraj M Kapale graduated from BLDEA’s schools of Architecture affiliated to Vishweshvaraya University Belgaum in the year 2004. Accomplished the NASA event at Chennai in 2003 as Unit secretary of the college and the team own award for the World’s longest painting competition organized in the event. After graduating he worked more than Nine years with different renowned architectural firms such as – RSP Design Consultants Pvt.Ltd, Vernekar associates Pvt.Ltd and Concorde Group (a developer for whom he was Senior design architect) . During this he has worked on large scale projects such as -Global Village – SEZ IT Park, Prajay Megapolis- high rise residential project, Columbia Asia Hospital, Pune, Napa Valley layout master plan - villa development, Concorde Cuppertino- villa development ….to name a few. He started “Architect Square “ in 2012 since then he is being working on residential, health care projects and Hospitality projects. His approach towards design is simple but elegant. He believes in creating functional and aesthetic spaces. He is the member of the Council of Architecture New Delhi and he has been a registered Architect of BBMP Bangalore.
