We help clients develop Enterprise

Risk Management (ERM) maturity at a

Project, Program or Portfolio level, linking

business strategy to operational and

project delivery risks. Together, we work

to assess and benchmark against others

in the same sector to ensure that levels

are appropriate, quantified and in line

with the organisation’s appetite for risk.

M E T H O D O L O G Y & A P P R O A C H

Our approach to risk management is a

continual process of risk management

planning, risk identification, qualitative and

quantitative risk analysis, risk evaluation and

risk treatment including the management

of residual risk. Our services are compliant

with international standard AS/NZS ISO

31000:2009 and COSO Enterprise Risk

Management (ERM) Framework.

We also refer and use other companion
