The OMEGA press consists of a stainless steel frame, a sludge level control, one gravity draining section, one assembly of staggered ploughs to ease draining, two filtering belts, compression and alternate shearing sections, a mechanical belt tensioning and tracking system, a belt washing system, a full odor control enclosure, an electrical control panel (optional), and internal electrical and plumbing components.
