Notes: 1. This order form is a summary table of all orders you have
made. It must be completed and it is the basis for your invoice.
2. For companies not exhibiting at the event there is a 100% surcharge.
3. Order forms received one month before the start of the exhibition incur a surcharge of 50%; those received 10 days before the start of the exhibition incur a surcharge of 100%.
4. The prices listed include VAT 18%. 5. Payment must be made within 14 days from the date of
invoice (with the exception of orders made after 1 December 2015, which must be paid within 3 days).
6. By completing the order form and sending it to Reed Exhibitions, the exhibitor agrees to pay in full for the services ordered. The order cannot be cancelled by the customer unilaterally.
7. The exhibitor has carefully examined the rules of participation indicated in this manual and agrees with them.

** Any services and opportunities of this marketing manual are available only for exhibitors who participate (with a booth) and have paid for participation in Aqua-Therm Moscow 2016. For additional information please contact the organisers.
To save time, your guests can register in advance on the exhibition website: www.aquatherm-moscow.ru and get the e-ticket. PLEASE NOTE! Visitors who register online in advance do not need to get a complimentary ticket. Pre-registered visitors should print out their e-ticket and use them as their personal badges with free access during all the exhibition days.
To provide your guests with free entry to the exhibition, you may send them complimentary tickets which allow them to visit the exhibition on any one day. During the exhibition promotion, the organisers send out invitations to target visitors, so the number of tickets is limited. Exhibitors who do not complete this form or complete it after 1 December 2015, will be provided with tickets if any available. We will notify you of the availability of tickets.
ATTENTION! Registration is required when visiting Aqua-Therm Moscow 2016. Complimentary ticket does not cancel the obligatory registration
procedure at the entrance of the exhibition! Please notify your guests about it to avoid misunderstandings! To save their time, they can pre-register at www.aquatherm-moscow.ru Registered visitors will be given visitor badges which are valid for all four days of the exhibition.
If you rent a conference hall for hosting an event during the exhibition, the organisers can include information about the event in the business programme. Please provide us with all necessary information about your event in Russian and English. However, the information to be included in the business programme only at the discretion of the organisers. The text may be edited or published in a brief form.

The exhibitor entry is in English and Russian. The organisers reserve the right to edit the text at their discretion if it exceeds the specified length.
Your company logo: Company logo will be placed next to your company description. Logos are accepted only in vector format (Illustrator, EPS) by email. Co-exhibitor entry: You can enter information about the partners on your stand in the exhibition catalogue.
