Aims •To introduce the AQuA Dementia Challenge
•To provide latest improvement audit data against the targets we have set
•To update members on the full range of AQuA dementia related workstreams & products that are available to members
• Total of 14 Organisations• 28 Wards audited• 124 patients/carers input• 24 scored questions• Maximum achievable score of 240• Scores ranging from 90 to 200

The number of wards that passed with 100% training of all staff remained the same at 4, however due to an increased sample size the pass rate has dropped by 2%. It should be noted that the total number of staff as a whole that has had dementia specific training has improved by 13%.
