APSECIndia hiring 2015 – 16 Major findings of India Skills Report 2015

Domain/functional expertise, competency on implementation skills will be a key differentiator for employers while hiring.

Only 37 per cent of aspirants emerge as 'employable resources'. 38% of the women candidates are employable and 34% of the men are found to be employable.

The percentage of candidates hired using referral will almost be double.

Candidate don't know to differentiate between a job and a career.
