Feed harness through hole in body. Take (2) black spacers, (2) M6x25 bolts, (2) nylon nuts, and mount through lower holes on fender eliminator bracket. (Picture 2/3) 4 Take third black spacer and M6x25 bolt and thread into frame using top hole on fender eliminator bracket. (Picture 4/5) 5 Adjustable license plate bracket will come tight. Loosen bolts and adjust plate to desired location. 6 Plug harness together and mount license plate
