Calendars are available in the back of the Churches, please sign them out on the sheet provided. There are about 110 calendars left, with 55 at St. Augustine and 55 at St. Francis. New Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and Altar Servers are needed to assist Fr. Cas at both of our Churches. We are in particular need of new Lectors to assist at the 8:00AM and 4:30PM Masses at St. Francis Church and new Altar Servers at the 4:30PM Masses at St. Francis Church. If you have ever thought about assisting with any Ministry, especially by becoming a Lector or Altar Server, please speak with Fr. Cas or Deacon Ken. Altar Servers can be anyone who has received the Sacrament of Holy Communion. Adult Altar Servers would also be most welcome.
ANNUAL ST. BRIGID PARISH GARAGE SALE AT NEUMANN CENTER The Annual Garage Sale at Neumann Center, Choconut will be held on Friday and Saturday, April 26th and 27th, from 8AM to 6:00PM. You can participate in one of the following ways: 1. Rent a table for $ 5.00 to sell your own treasures. You may set up after 5:00PM on Thursday,

WILDLIFE RESCUE & ADOPT AN ANGEL COMPANION ANIMAL RESCUE BENEFIT Wildlife Rescue & Adopt an Angel Companion Animal Rescue will hold a Benefit at St. Francis Hall, Friendsville on THIS Sunday, April 14th, from 2 to 5PM. Menu is Chicken Parmesan, Vegetarian Baked Ziti, Meatballs, Roast Potatoes, Gourmet Vegetable Medley, Salad, Rolls and Dessert ~ All you can eat! Take outs will be available. Cost: $ 10.00 for adults; $ 5.00 for children 10 and under. (Soda, beer, coffee, tea, are extra.) There will be raffles, 50/50, giveaways and great auction items throughout dinner. All proceeds will support our continuing work to help all animals in need.
SPRING TURKEY SHOOTS The VFW Post 6824, will hold their Spring Turkey Shoots from Noon to 4:00PM on Sunday’s, April 21st, 28th, and May 5th. CHICKEN BARBECUE A Chicken BBQ will be held on Sunday, April 28th at the Little Meadows Fire Station. Take out begins at 11:00AM until sold out. Dinners are $8.00; halves are $5.00. Benefits the Little Meadows Fire Company.
HELP NEEDED A Benefit for Mike Swaha will be held at the Choconut Inn on Saturday, May 4th, from 5PM to 12PM. Mike has stage 4 cancer and the benefit will help with medical expenses. OPERATION RICE BOWL—Thank you for your generosity through CRS Rice Bowl this year! Our Parish raised $ 862.75 for Catholic Relief Services. Your participation in CRS Rice Bowl will continue to make a difference in the lives of those in need throughout the entire year. If you have not yet returned your contribution, you may still do so by putting your envelopes in the collection basket this weekend. Thank you to all who have already returned your gifts.

ADORATION HOURS OPEN AT ST. AUGUSTINE CHURCH! Adoration runs from 5:00AM to Midnight, Monday through Friday. The chapel is closed during inclement weather. If the adorer is sick, going away on a trip or otherwise unable to keep their hour, a substitute will be available to keep it for them. God will bless you, your family and the world a thousand times as much for this sacrifice of making a holy hour because God cannot be outdone in generosity.

FREE FOOD DISTRIBUTION VIA THE WEINBERG FOOD BANK This free food distribution for those in need is for RESIDENTS OF SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY ONLY. Distribution will be held Tuesday, April 16th, from 11AM to 1PM and 5PM to 7PM, at the Little Meadows United Methodist Church, 843 Penn. Ave., Little Meadows, Pa. Any resident of Susquehanna County who needs food is welcome.
