Only use an HP Charger with your HP Laptop

(Dell Chargers will not work)

If you need to remove your battery,be sure to keep it clean

Don’t carry your laptop while it’s open

Don’t open the screen too far

Don’t block the air vents, your laptop needs fresh air to work properly

Don’t get the ports andconnectors dirty

Don’t carry your laptop with accessories still plugged in

Be very careful not to bump the

front corners

90% of our hard drive failures are

because of damage to this corner

Don’t put pens or pencilson your keyboard

If you forget and close your laptopit will crack your screen!

We have already had severalwho have done this year!

After class is over, slide your laptop into it’s case, and zip the case.

Your case provides a lot of protection for your laptop.
