What is an apprenticeship?
Apprenticeship is an on-the-job training program for people who want to work in a skilled trade or occupation and includes learning new skills from skilled journeypersons.

What are the rules?
To enter OYAP a student must: Complete all 16 credits (Grade 9 and 10) Be at least 16 years old Good attendance in school Courteous, positive and responsible attitude Sincere interest in skills training Two year commitment and maintain 70% average
