• Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. in front foyer• Introduction will be made at 9:00 a.m.• Exam will start at 9:30 a.m.• 45 minutes for 50 multiple choice math questions• 15 minute break (10:15 – 10:30 a.m.)• 45 minutes for 50 multiple choice science

questions• 15 minute break (11:15 – 11:30 a.m.)• 45 minutes for writing passage• Dismissal at 12:15 p.m.

What does the program cost?• There is no fee to apply and write the entrance exam.

• There is an annual fee of $400 for students in the

program that covers the cost of field trips and other enrichment experiences.

How do I prepare for the Entrance Exam?• Get a good night sleep, eat a good breakfast, bring a

nut-free snack & water.• Come prepared with non-programmable calculator,

several HB pencils, pens.• Look at sample questions from website for format

and expectation• Arrive on time, but not too early…

• This exam is NOT designed for you to get 90%. Come prepared to be challenged.

I am not available to write the entrance exam on November 13.• We are running an alternative Entrance Exam on

Wednesday November 18 at 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.• There are limited seats available• You can register for the alternative date online

How do I arrange for accommodations from my IEP?• If you have an IEP that outlines accommodations

for extra time or assistive technology, please send a copy of the IEP to Bloor no less than a week prior to the Entrance Exam.• IEP accommodations will be supported on the

main test date of November 13, 2015
