Application form duly filled in should be forwarded to the Registrar, Veer Narmad
South Gujarat University, Surat in Seven copies (including one original copy)
Application in the prescribed form for the affiliation of New /Continuation /
Extension/ Permanent/ Merger and Additional/ Class/ Course/ Subject/ Division of ththe existing Colleges shall reach the Registrar on or before 30 September of
the preceding year. The application processing fee will be Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
thousand only)
No application for the new affiliation or addition or Merger of faculty / faculties
shall be ordinarily accepted after the last date. However, with the approval of the
Vice - Chancellor, the late application, on payment of late fee indicated below

(7) That the account of the institution will be properly maintained and annually be prepared and audited by competent authority of
Government or a Charterd Accountant.
(8) That the teaching and other staff will be selected according to procedures qualifications and experience prescribed by the
University State Government / other relevant Council/ Apex Bodies from time to time.
(9) A specified amount (as per the preveling rules of the University/ State Government / other relevant Council/ Apex Bodies from
the time to time) will be placed in Fixed Deposit in the joint name of trust and the Registrar, Veer Narmad South Gujarat
University, Surat with a Nationalized Bank. The Operation/withdrawal be done under the joint signatures only.
(10) That the teaching and other staff shall be provided all benefits and facilities and pay and allowances including retirment and
separation benefits as per the University /State Government rules from time to time. If the Society / Trust fails to provide such
benefits to the teaching and administative staff, University is empowered to recover such amount from the fix deposit to
protect the right of such employees.
(11) The salary of all teachers shall be deposited in the individual teacher's bank account in Nationalized bank.
(12) That the Society / Trust will strictly follow all conditions and norms, including restrictions on intake as may be laid down by the
University from time to time in conducting the programme in all earnestness and submit it self to inspection by the University
as required at any time
