SharePoint User Guide for ETEP Grant Application Submission - 2014 1 The Emergency and Trauma Care Education Partnership Program (ETEP) program provides funding to increase training opportunities in graduate medical and graduate nursing education in emergency medicine and trauma care. Funding of $4.5 million was appropriated to support the program in Fiscal Years 2014 and 2015. All applications for ETEP funding in Fiscal Years 2014-2015 must be submitted via the Texas higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) ETEP SharePoint site. Applications and associated attachments must be uploaded to the “FY14 Grant Applications” folder on the ETEP SharePoint site. Applications submitted by other means will not be considered for funding. Applicants with current access to the ETEP SharePoint Portal If you are a previous participant in ETEP, you received a login and password to the ETEP SharePoint Portal during the prior grant period, and you can immediately log into to the ETEP SharePoint site using your current login and password. Please follow the instructions for Current Users of the ETEP SharePoint Portal. Applicants without current access to the ETEP SharePoint Portal If you are not a previous participant of the Emergency and Trauma Care Education Partnership Program (ETEP), please follow the instructions for the New Users of the ETEP SharePoint Portal.

The Emergency and Trauma Care Education Partnership Program (ETEP) program provides funding to

increase training opportunities in graduate medical and graduate nursing education in emergency

medicine and trauma care. Funding of $4.5 million was appropriated to support the program in Fiscal

Years 2014 and 2015.

All applications for ETEP funding in Fiscal Years 2014-2015 must be submitted via the Texas higher

SharePoint Login Instructions

Current Users of the ETEP SharePoint Portal

Click the link below to access the “Sign In” page for the ETEP SharePoint Portal. Your assigned username is in the [email protected] format.

New Users of the ETEP SharePoint Portal

1. After submission of the ETEP Notice of Intent (NOI), THECB staff will contact you to set up a SharePoint

user account. If you have submitted an NOI but have not been contacted regarding a SharePoint user

account, contact THECB at [email protected].

2. Once you have been given access to the SharePoint site, you will receive an email like the one below. Click

on the blue highlighted section for access to your site. (See example below.)

3. Once you click on the link in your email, you will be directed to a Microsoft Login screen. Enter your new

SharePoint Username ([email protected]) and temporary password. Then select “Sign

In”.

4. You will then be directed to a “Change Password” screen.

5. Once you save the password change, you will be redirected back to the login screen. You will notice that

your User Name is already populated. Enter your new Password and check the “Keep me signed in”

checkbox.

6. After entering your credentials and signing in, you should be redirected to the new SharePoint site. (See Example Below)
