APPLE PIE APPLE PIE "CHARLOTTE""CHARLOTTE"

We need: three eggs , a cup of flour, a cup of

sugar , three apples and some baking soda.

1) We put three eggs in a bowl

then stir them with a fork.

2) Add one cup of sugar and whisk with eggs until sugar dissolves.

3) Add one cup of flour and mix.

4) You take 1/3 teaspoonful of baking soda and pour vinegar in it to dissolve baking soda.

When it has dissolved , pour the resulting solution in the dough and mix again.

5) Slice apples, add to batter and mix well

6) Pour the mass is in a baking form

7) put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and leave for 15-20 minutes at 100 degrees.
