Brian Wernham, Deputy Chair of APM Governance SIG explains the development of the new (slim) ‘APM Agile Governance’ guide and welcomes the guest speakers.
Brian is Director of Business Consultancy at a major consultancy based in the Royal Exchange at Bank in the City of London. He is Deputy Chair of the APM Governance SIG and author of ‘Agile Project Management for Government’. Brian is leading the development of the new ‘APM Agile Governance’ Guide.

Let’s be iterative and agile! Let’s not close down on options for its
format or content too early Let’s try to make the advice on governing
activities ‘scalable’ from Chair of the Main Board down to any team member
