This presentation demonstrates our latest in THE VISION FOR FASTENING initiative from Aplix. Innovative new products were developed for your Load Floor Closure System for use with Expanded PolyPropylene (EPP) Cargo & thermoformed Load-floor Cover storage modules.

The APLIX EPP Fasteners were developed to provide secure assembly to molded EPP without the use of adhesives, tools, or any other mechanical fastening devices

The APLIX EPP Fastener is self-aligning and self-orienting and requires only 5-10 LB of insertion force while providing up to 60 LB of retention in the EPP

APLIX EPP and APLIX Xmas-Tree Stem Fasteners can be provided with several types of Hook or Loop gripping elements to achieve 5 – 15 PSI of separation force to achieve the desired closure for multiple closure requirements for accessibility
