3' The States/UTs are requested to ensure the compliance of the following:-

i. The .supplementary Nutrition programme(sNp) has been DBT on_boarded in the month of March, 2018. is such,'the SNp is required to beimplemented in DBT mode from 01.04.20Lg and authentication using Aadhaar ofthe beneficiaries is mandatory for transfer of benefits, de-duplication andremoval of ghost/fake beneficiaries of Supplementary Nutrition protr.rr..ii' The reimbursement of expenditure is subject to actuals depending uponthe child (0-6 years) population in the state/ur 1c"nrrc

2 Initiating the discussion, Secretar5r, MWCD welcomed all participants andinformed that the purpose of the EPC is not only to consider ApIp p.opo"ut" of theStates/UTs for the financial yeat 2o2l-22 but also to review p..io.-uoce of theStates/UTs in implementing the scheme during the previous year and toaddress/consider State specific issues, if any.

3. A presentation was made by CCA/Dy. CCA at the beginning of the meetings toall States/UTs about the procedure to be followed with ."g*1 to d*esignation of SlngleNodal Agency (SNA) in compliance with the instructions of Ministr! of Finance forconsidering release of funds under Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) from thecurrent Financial Y.T. A1l States/UTs were informed that till they
