Gender in Value Chain coaching
• Agri-Hub started a coaching track in the second half of 2012, with the objective to provide practical on-the-job help to organisations working on value chain.
• While evaluating the 2012 coaching track with a number of Agri-Hub members and gender experts, the Agri-Hub also discussed the interest of a new, differently designed support track.
• The final problem mentioned for some organisations was the new 30-70 rule for NGO’s, which states that only 30% of the money can be spent on admin.
• Based on the lesson learnt during the first support track, the second coaching track was designed and being implemented
