Cost management and project administration on projects in Russia for major international clients including a large hospital expansion, a major hotel expansion and factories hotel and costing advice on greenfield production plants for automotive manufacturing .

Contract administration and management of project controls systems (cost and programme) on large transport and infrastructure works. Application of the programme control systems in use on the CTRL project and the implementation of project procedures. All cost and schedule reporting including trend monitoring, forecasting, resource plans and KPI measurement monitoring. Management of change control systems. The work includes pre-contract A/E design management, contractor selection and post-contract administration.Pre-contract duties including A/E design management, cost planning, value engineering, tender documentation preparation, and tender assessment and evaluation up to contract award.Post-contract duties including contract administration, change management, valuation of work for interim payments, preparation and agreement of the final account and preparation of cost analysis based on final accounts for hospitals etc.

Project management duties related to the construction works procurement for the phased upgrade works for a hospitals, including the preparation of budget estimates, tender and contract document preparation, contract negotiations and all post-contract commercial activities.
