These days we have taken on the task of teaching from the book of Proverbs. This wonderful book is filled with in-sightful tidbits of wisdom. The name of the series is called “Epigram: TheWisdom of The Proverbs.”‘Epigram’ is by definition ‘any witty, ingenious, or pointed saying tersely expressed.’ThebookofProverbsdoesjust this very thing. It is full of wise sayingsexpressedinshortlittlespurts. It is hard to read these verses without immediate personal application. Sim-ple challenges to seek wisdom and run away from stupid behaviour are strewn throughout. We look forward towhatGodhas tosay to us through His word in this book. Asweworkthroughourseriesonthebook of Proverbs, we want to challenge you to take a few minutes each day for personal reflection. For the next fewmonths, why don’t you read one chap-ter of the Proverbs every day? This book of wisdom has thirty one chap-ters, so you can read the whole book in one month. You’llbesurprisedhowoftenGodwilluse these inspired sayings to speak to you and through you.

Blessings,PastorGreg
