The Production Support Analyst is a Systems Analyst role requiring extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in large-scale product development and/or custom applications development, and systems integration. This role has exposure to a wide range of applications involving different system development environments and technology platforms. This role is hands-on requiring strong methodology knowledge & experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle, with particular emphasis on requirements/analysis, design, and testing. Data modeling experience is a plus.
