Are the organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) of female employees linked to a reward system or benefit organizations?
What are the attitudinal and organizational antecedents relative to OCB? Can all OCBs be treated equally?
How effective can implemented policies (e.g. flextime, telecommuting, telework options, etc.) be in improving employee recruitment/ retention, and in enhancing productivity and morale?
If employees are perceived as low (versus high) maintenance, how do these perceptions influence leader cognition, affect, and behavior?
What are the benefits of implementing a human resource management (HRM) strategy? How does the HRM strategy shift through descending hierarchies? How does this shift (small or large) affect human capital further down in the hierarchy?
How can work organizations and members establish and maintain mutually satisfying employment relationships?
How can the design of strategic HRM systems, the nature of psychological contract fulfillment and violation, and the factors associated with achieving a person-environment fit be optimized?
How does country-level health governance impact the focus of health innovation in Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) nations?
