Well head control

Offshore for the control, monitoring and safety of

Oil and gas production Wells. This can be built

strictly in accordance with client specifications or

SWTF can offer full functional design specification

service in the absence of any specification

requirements.

The complexity of the systems is purely down to

the clients request based on the requirements of

the project, SWTF can offer well control logic in the

form of electro-hydraulic, pneumatic-hydraulic or

electro-pneumatic instrumentation and control

interfaces. Control can be provided by connecting

all analogue/digital signals to either integral

junction box for connection to the Master Control

system or PLC.

Single Well head control panel (On shore and off shore

panels) are self-contained panels incorporates

pneumatic and hydraulic valve controls for sequential

valve operation (opening & closing), emergency

shutdown, manual override and safety shutdown.

System pressure is generated by air driven or

electrically driven pumps and displayed by means of

gauges.

Panels are constructed in SS 316 stainless steel for

corrosion resistance (according to NACE MR-01-75),

complying with IP66 or NEMA 4X which is designed for

ease of operation and access to panel components for

maintenance.

Multi Slot Wellhead Control

Panel Multi Well Control Panels are inherently single well

panels, referred to as modules, set together in a

Panel to control a number of wells. The Modules

can be isolated or removed without disrupting the

functionality of other modules of the panel.

Solar powered Control Panels are designed as alternative energy source to meet customer specification to make the panel self-contained without the need for external power services or utilities. Our multi-well control system is a fail-safe system using control logic to provide ESD, fusible loop fire protection and wellhead valve opening/closing sequencing.

simplify cost and at the same time establish

satisfactory product PLC based Wellhead control

systems are customized as required by Instrumented

Protective System (IPS) for Wellhead valves

Injection Skids Multipoint Injection

Multipoint chemical injection skids are more suitable

Chemical Injection Skids serve the purpose of

injecting a precise and accurate amount of

chemical into a system at a required pressure for

continuous or intermittent operation as per our

client’s requirements.

The Chemical Injection Skids are assembled and

integrated with the following components as a

required based on the client specification and RFQ’S

When the number of injection points is more and there

is a space constraint to accommodate the skid foot

print. The value proposition of this product is direct

cost reduction in the capital investment, as one single

skid replaces multiple chemical injection skids.

A single pump can be used to inject the same chemical

at different locations, at different pressure and at

different flow. This can be achieved by using pressure

independent flow control valves. These flow control

valves maintain a constant flow regardless of pressure

changes across

them. This system can be controlled locally or

remotely and is suitable for operation in hazardous

as well as safe zones

Multi-Compartmental

Chemical Injection System

This type of Chemical Injection Skids is most

suitable at offshore platforms where there is severe

space constraint and a need for injecting different

chemicals in the same location. Multi

compartmental tank skids are mostly combined

with multi-point or multi-pump injection systems.

Different type of chemicals can be stored in

different compartments of the rectangular tank

which can be placed on the same skid base frame.

Each compartment of the tank shall have separate

set of pumps (single or multi head), valves and

instruments. Controls for the whole system can be

integrated into one system.

Multi-Head Pump Chemical

Injection Skids

Diaphragm or plunger type Multi-head pump can be

used to inject two or more liquids through one pump.

The pump employs a single drive mechanism coupled

in parallel with multiple pumping chambers, each

capable of handling different types of chemicals.

Instead of using several pumps for pumping different

chemicals, one single pump with number of heads can

be used.

The pumps are precisely designed to make sure

dosing of different chemicals in the required ratio. Its

compact design demands less maintenance.

Systems – HIPS

HIPS is an instrumented safety system that is

designed and built in accordance with Saudi Aramco

Material System specifications.

This t y p e o f fabricated skid assembly

containing all necessary equipment to provide a

wellhead High Integrity Protection System

( HIPS) is most suitable at offshore platforms

where there is severe space constraint and in crude

oil service. Skid includes but is not limited to, HIPS

gate valves integrated with Hydraulic Actuators,

HIPS hydraulic controls and instrumentation, pipe

spools, and skid structural elements.

The HIPS function is designed to protect

all piping and equipment located

downstream of the HIPS to the inlet of

the plant with a pressure class less than

the well shut in pressure by detecting

high pressure and reliably and quickly

isolating the high pressure through

closure of shutdown valves. All

components are of high grade industrial

standard varieties.

High Pressure Test Units for Hire

Saudi Wells offers test equipment for hire and we

have trained technician team well aware about the

latest technology.

All our pressure test units are built up around

Haskell / Maximator pneumatically driven pumps

and BUTECH/MAXIMATOR /PARKER Engineers

valves, fittings, and tubing. The rigs consist of

open frameworks and a control panel, all of it in

stainless steel. Stainless steel has been chosen

because of its durability and maintenance

friendliness during field work, and also because of

our experience with the rather tough climatic

conditions in the North Sea. For safety and

simplicity of operation, a flow diagram is engraved

into the control panels.

The pressure testing unit has been equipped with appropriate relief valves and calibrated gauges to monitor the tests.

Mobile Flushing units for hire Instrumentation and Calibration Prior to flushing the supply, sensitive components

such as servo valves etc. should be either removed

/ replaced by bridging plates. Actuators or

components which present a significant restriction

to flow should be bypassed with suitable piping.

Supply, return and looping hoses will be connected

together and fluid circulated through the flushing

unit and hoses until a minimum of NAS 1638 Class

6 is achieved.

Using the flow rates stated, flushing will continue

for 1- hour minimum before a sample is taken for

analysis. If the results are not within the

specifications, flushing will continue and sample will

be taken every hour until the required cleanliness

class is achieved.
