ABOUT ME I am a food and wine lover – recipe developer – food stylist from Stellenbosch. I get so excited about eating and drinking great healthy food and wine. Cooking is my favourite way of spending my time when I am not exploring wine farms. From a very young age I knew food was my passion. I have started with cooking courses at the age of 12, ending up in a fine dining restaurant as the Chef. There I knew I wanted to show people how to make difficult food easy. With that said: Now I want to show people how easy it is to pair wine with food. I love doing cooking demonstrations and be around like- minded foodies and wine lovers. I have started my blog ElmarieBerry.com in December 2015 at first just to note all my own recipes for my family and friends. Great opportunities came my way in the form of recipe development, food and wine pairings etc. I am currently working on my recipe book.
