Caspian Pipe Coatings LLC (previously EUPEC Pipe Coatings Azerbaijan LLC) was established and has beenoperating in Azerbaijan since 2002. It is the only plant of its kind in the Caspian region. Shareholders of the Companyare the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and Azertrans Limited Liability Company. CPC has anagreement on cooperation with EUPEC France.g pCPC, skilled in developing solutions for its clients, has a team of experienced and dedicated pipe-coatingspecialists in the industry.Major clients of СРС are AIOC/BP and SOCAR. The Company's first project was launched on anti-соrrosion аndconcrete coating of the pipes for Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shahdeniz fields within the framework of ProductionSh i A t Th CPC i d t t ti ti f SOCAR d CCIC d th B k Tbili iSharing Agreement. Then, CPC carried out concrete соаting operations for SOCAR and CCIC under the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (ВТС) project. Later, the Company accomplished the Produce Water Pipeline Project of AIOC, which wasрlаnnеd to еnаblе supply of water to ACG fields. Afterwards, СРС conducted coating operations for “Neft Dashlari -Bahar”, “Bahar-Hovsan” projects of SOCAR. In May-June 2009 CPC performed repair and recoating works within theframework of Kashagan Project (Kazakhstan) under the order of EUPEC France. Over the past 8 years СРС hascoated about 2100 km pipes. At present, works are ongoing for coordination and operation of repair and coating worksin Caspian region countries within business relations with SOCAR and BP.

The CPC plant is set up in Baku offering excellent facilities for coating services to the offshore and onshore pipeline projects. The site covers the area of 250,000 m2, with its own rail connection capable of receiving a rail stock of 45 railcars at once , and its own jetty, which allows for efficient and cost-effective operations for pipe carrying marine vessels .effective operations for pipe carrying marine vessels .
