Step 2

Insert 2 x reducer bush (SLE1006) into forward seat tilt lug (59DBAL2RED).

Step 3

Bolt the forward seat tilt lug (59DBAL2RED) to the frame using 2 x M8 x 35 Bolts (ZHSS9M) and 2 x

M8 Nyloc Nuts (ZNN6M). Locate M8 Nylon washers on either side of the lug (4 x NW6M).

Step 4

Bolt the cylinder end of the gas strut to the forward seat tilt lug (59DBAL2RED) using 1 x M8 x 35

Bolts (ZHSS9M) and 1 x M8 Nyloc Nut (ZNN6M). Locate M8 Nylon washers on either side of the lug

(2 x NW6M).

Step 5

Unbolt the ram end of the gas strut from the lower base frame brackets and fit 2 x M8 reducer

bushes (SLE1006) to the higher base frame bracket. (Remember to retain nut, bolt and washers).

Step 6

Bolt the ram end of the gas strut to the higher base frame brackets and fit 2 x M8 Nylon washers

(NW6M) and 1 x M8 Nylon Spacer (590NS) either side.

Step 7

Bolt the safety strap and buckle to the frame as shown using 2 x M8 x 35 bolts (ZHSS9M) and 2 x

Nylock Nuts (ZNN6M).
