Anti Salary Laundering
YES!!! We have read a lot about Money Laundering but now let’s talk
about ‘SALARY Laundering’. According to my small perception,
this is another kind of money laundering wherein million of funds
are being wasted / embezzled around the globe, daily.
In Salary Laundering, an employee likes and dislikes same things and
use same things with different ways but how? Let’s have a look on the amazing behavior of this type of employees, wherein their legal
remunerations are converted into ill-gotten wages but they don’t know
or they ignore:
=> They SEE their friends and families vigilantly through their Eyes BUT they don’t use same Eyes to see
office matters.
=> They LISTEN to their friends and families carefully through their Ears
BUT they don’t use same Ears to hear office voices.
=> They FEEL their friends and families cautiously through their Hearts BUT they don’t use same
Hearts to feel office.
=> They THINK about their friends and families attentively through their Minds BUT they don’t use
same Minds to think office.
=> They TALK with their friends and families sweetly through their
Tongues BUT they don’t use same Tongues to talk at office.
=> They have TIME for their friends and families BUT they have no time
for office.
=> They USE their watches to use their time effectively for their
friends and families BUT they use same watches to kill office time.
=> They LIKE Telephone Sets / Cell phones for their personal use BUT
they don’t like same Telephone Sets / Cell phones for office use.
=> They LIKE Telephone Bells, coming from their friends and
families BUT they don’t like same Telephone Bells, coming for office
work.
=> They LIKE to see their Email Screens to see personal emails BUT
they don’t like to see same Email Screens for office emails.
=> They HANDLE their belongings gently BUT they handle office assets
inappropriately.
=> They UTILIZE their abilities wisely to live their personal lives BUT they don’t utilize their abilities wisely for
office. And etc…..
The above behavior is also observed from some kind of Employers towards their Employees wherein Employers don’t treat their Employees like their friends and families. For Employers, it is fact that
everyone cannot be your friend & family, Professionalism must be maintained, companies
cannot run on Sympathy but believe it, our organizations are actually our production machines
and employees are their parts. If we don’t treat them gently and sympathetically so we can break / lose
them and frequent replacement of parts is also not suitable for a machine.
Thus, Employment is a two-way Legal Contract between Employee & Employer and it is a
hidden Moral Contract as well. So it is the Moral Duty of both parties to strictly follow this
agreement. No one is perfect in this World but taking step towards Perfectness is allowed. So both, an Employer or an Employee can try to
maximize their Goods and minimize their Bads to make this World, Happiest.
