2. Recognize that patient populations and care strategies change how clinical data will be interpreted and used.

3. Recognize that a Standard of Care may need testing as it may not be valid

4. Anticipate that a treatment may creep into populations where it has not been tested.

5. Appreciate that antenatal steroids may have long term adverse effects that cannot be evaluated clinically.
