• Track coordinator needed. Beth McAteer is interested. Nomination made by Justin Keller to appoint Beth McAteer as track coordinator. Seconded by Tessa Bours. Voting will take place at the February meeting

• Glenn reached out to Myerstown about equipment but did not hear anything back • Lebanon Valley Midget Football travel trophy is in the concession stand • Indoor flag will be 3/14, 3/21, and 3/28 from 2:00-3:00 grades K-6


• Rec is underway. There were 173 kids signed up • Sub sale forms were handed out this week • Youth night will be 1/30 at varsity game. Kids will participate in a dribbling replay at

halftime. They will also get \cards to get players autographs between JV and varsity and after varsity games. All players plus 1 adult will get in free.

• Travel playoffs start in a week. Boys have won 3 games and girls 6 games

Baseball Report: Justin Keller • Dicks donated t-balls and baseballs • Jason Morgan is interested in coaching 14u in Annville • Bob Wentling and Mike Frentz are interested in coaching midget team • Need to recruit someone to run the concession stand • Teener meeting this Thursday • 70 kids have signed up so far • Team/field sponsorship letters will go out • Batting cage practice started Friday- 19 kids showed up • LVC form sent in to use their location for tryouts • Discussed boundaries with Annville/Cleona/ N Annville and N Cornwall

Field Report: Bryan Vachon • There will not be a trash clean-up for N Annville this year due to complaints made to their

board. • Some trees still need taken down. Just waiting for better weather
