Annual Renewals in ACAP

• ACAP developers and the ORI recommend you use Internet Explorer when using ACAP.

• Some bugs have been more likely to occur while using other browsers.

• We also recommend you always click buttons instead of hitting the “Enter” key.

• Again, some bugs seem more frequent if you hit the “Enter” key

STOP!Recommendations

Anything previously submitted on paper was not fully-entered into ACAP and does not accurately reflect the originally -approved application. Therefore, if you have an annual review due in 2014, we ask that you enter the study as a “New Application”, and not a Continuation. A “Continuation” is a study entering its fourth year. When you complete this application, we will give it another three years and a new number, but it will be easy to file Amendment and Annual Reviews from there on out.If you are trying to do an Annual Review on a study entered originally in ACAP, then please proceed with the slide’s instructions.Thank you
