Tree Trimming & Removal (Dead/Dying Ashe Trees by Wellington Fence) vii. Redesigned Logo & Replaced both Entrance Signs viii. Full Key Audit in September ix. Condo Breezeways & Steps to be Re-painted in November x. All Community light Poles to be Re-painted in November xi. Dumpster Pad Replaced & Extended xii. Dumpster Fence Replaced xiii. Pest Control - Down to 15 Units Reporting Roaches xiv. Water Metering- New Readers & Vendor by Jan 1st xv. Laundry Room Access with Non-Duplicatable Keys xvi. Repaired Basketball Court Surface (Under Warranty) & removed Graffiti xvii. Landscaping Additions along the front of Town Homes xviii. Shed/Concrete Base Being Removed - Space to Reseeded xix. c. IrvinHeishmanwantstoknowwhathappenedtothereplacementofthesidingonallthetownhomes.SaysafewyearsagotheywerelookingatsamplesandgettingreadytoreplaceallofitwhenhegotaletterfromtheHOAsayingthatthemoneywasdepletedandtheHOAnolongerhasmoneytoreplacethesiding.Believesitwassomethingforthefireplaces.
i. Jerry,Marylyn,andDevonsaythatthefireplaceclosingwasanownerexpenseanditcouldnothavebeenthattakingawaymoneyfromtheHOA.
