Conducted MASS WEDDING (free of charge) to 30 couples held at Baler Sports Complex, Brgy. Suclayin, Baler, Aurora on February 7, 2013.

Conducted “KASALANG BAYAN” a free of charge mass wedding to 24 couples on July 1, 2013 at the Executive Building of LGU – Baler, Aurora officiated by Hon Mayor Nelianto C. Bihasa on his first day of work as LCE.

Conducted “KASALANG BAYAN” a free of charge mass wedding on August 31, 2013 at the San Luis Obispo Parish Church Baler, Aurora. Officiated by Rev. Fr. Nilvon Co Villanueva, this project is a collaboration of the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar and the Family and Life under the Munting Sambayanang Kristiyano.

Conducted a Consultative Meeting with Barangay Captains and Barangay Secretaries regarding the proposed Civil Registration Caravan as part of Barangay Civil Registration System held at Conference Room of Executive Bldg. of LGU – Baler, Aurora on July 9, 2013.

Attended/participated in the conduct of Seminar Workshop on the Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA) and Capability Development (CAPDEV) held on July 22 – 23, 2013 at the Legislative Building of LGU – Baler, Aurora. Participated by all the Department Heads, Elected Officials and POs and NGOs.

Conducted meeting with Barangay Captains and Barangay Secretaries regarding the finalization of location and schedule of house to house survey on the proposed Civil Registration Caravan as part of the Barangay Civil Registration System held at Conference Room of Executive Bldg, of LGU – Baler, Aurora on July 29, 2013.

Attended the 8th National Convention of Solemnizing Officers held at SMX Convention Centre, Davao City on

August 6 – 8, 2013.

Attended/participated in the conduct of Annual Investment Planning Workshop of LGU Baler held on August 29 – 30, 2013 at Tagaytay Haven Hotel, Tagaytay City. Participated by all the Department Heads, Elected Officials and POs and NGOs.

Launched the Civil Registration Caravan under the Barangay Civil Registration System at Tagaytay Haven Hotel, Tagaytay City on August 30, 2013.

Consultative meeting with PSO Mercy A. Duaso regarding the conduct of a seminar-workshop on civil registration particularly with the solemnizing officers of Aurora and updates on civil registration systems (court order/decree, adoption, annotations, RA 9048, RA 9255, RA 9858 and Ra 10172) to be participated by the Association of Civil Registrars of Aurora (ACRA) and their staff.

Conduct of committee hearing regarding the passage of an ordinance for the creation of Barangay Civil Registration Council (BCRC) held at the Legislative Building, LGU – Baler, Aurora on September 23, 2013.

Organized/participated in the conduct of a Refresher Seminar on Civil Registration System held on November 6, 2013 at the LGU-Baler Conference Room, Baler, Aurora. Matters with relations to CRIS and PhilCRIS, RA 9048 and RA 10172, Annotations and Court Orders and Legal Instruments were thoroughly discussed by Ms. Marizza B. Grande, Archivist II of National Statistics Office.

Attended the Budget Deliberation called by the Committee on Finance of the Sangguniang Bayan of LGU-Baler on November 2013.

Conducted Information Dissemination on Civil Registration System at DZRH Radio Program “Ulat sa Bayan ni Mayor Arturo J. Angara with SCO I Elizabeth Q. Lopez and achor Ms. Riza P. Del Rosario. Discussed among other were activities on the conduct of Civil Registration Month, memo circular on RA1017, and the Census of Agriculture and Fisheries on February 25, 2013.
