Thought leadership monthly-meets & cluster-meets:

We tried to make the monthly meets and cluster meets an opportunity to share leading edge thinking and thought leadership.

We did 20 monthly meets and about 3 cluster meets.

The average attendance in our monthly meets ranged from 75- 150, and we showcased external thought leaders as well as our own HR leaders talking about their ideas and innovations

We have used social media to reach out to larger audience with live tweets, Facebook live in our monthly meets.

We tried different channels in reaching out to larger and younger audiences

1. Website – New revamped website has all the information on upcoming events / programs

2. Webinars – about 5 webinars, average attendance of 190

3. Tweet Chats – 7 tweet chats , engaging people across the globe

4. Social Media – we are actively present on 4 platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & Instagram

5. Email – invested in a third party application to streamline email communication

YAB• Reaching out to larger and younger HR audience we started

the Young Advisory Board

• 20 of them between 2-10 yrs. of experience from different organisations were a part of if over the last 2 years.

• They helped us significantly with different initiatives like HR Quiz, Blog contest, HR Hackathon, learning programs etc.

• HR Wiz – Quiz for HR about 445 teams participated across locations, 280 took the prelims, 75 teams made it to second round and 8 teams fought the battle at the finale. Top 3 winners were given cash prizes.

• Blog contest – “The ecstasy and agony of working as an HR professional in organisations today” we received over 60 blog entries and top 5 winners were rewarded

• Top 25 blogs are available on the website

CLO Club

• CLO club for L&D heads started in May 2018 to drive thought leadership.

• They are leading 3 innovation tracks on digital learning and learning mindset

• A workshop on “Digital Learning Transformation” planned on 12th July
