Teaching Learning methods adopted by the College

(1). Presently the Teaching being done by our

professors with the help of traditional

methodology as well as with the help of I.C.T.

technology.

(2). For learning, college has central library as well as

departmental library equipped with computer

system to facilitate teacher and students both,

along with reading Room where Journals,

magazine and news papers are made available.

Automation of library is also being done for the

faster and easier access to the library for learning

purpose for students and teacher both. 19.

Examination reforms by the

College

Being a Autonomous college, the Examination

System working as per direction given by U.G.C.,

dept. of higher education Govt. of M.P., Affiliating

university and academic council of the college. The

following are the salient feature of our examination

system:

(1). Filling of Examination form and payment of

Examination fee etc. done online with the help of

our college website and N.G.O. Sai Smriti info-tech

solution;

(2). After the theory and Practical Examination,

coding of answer books done. At our college then

these answer books issued to Professors for

valuation as per instruction given by dept. of higher

education Govt. of M.P. and the affiliation

University. After Valuation, decoding of Answer

books done at our college, the mark list given by

values now handed over to the team constituted by

Principal for its entry into the Excel sheet in

computer system for preparing the Final result.

The result once ready with due formalities now sent

to affiliating University for approval after that

results are declared through our college website and

on notice board too.

The bar-coding in the mark sheet is being done

for the safe of its delicacy and distributed to

students within a weak after declaration of result.

All the information related to Students, are

published on the home page of our college website

regularly and hard copy of the same on notice

board of the college too.

UTILISATION CERTIFICATE

During 11th five year plan (2007-12)

IT is certified that the amount of Rs.5201309/=(Rupees Fifty two Lacks One

Thousands Three Hundred Nine) out of the total grant of Rs.3364800/=(Rupees Thirty

Three Lacks Sixty Four Thousands eight hundred only) sanctioned to S.G.S. Govt. P.G.

Autonomous College Sidhi by the University Grants Commission vide its letter number

F.No.GD/101032/XII/12-13/CRO UGC CRO Bhopal dated 20/25 march 2014 towards 12th

Five year plan Under Graduate development scheme has been utilized for the purpose for

which it was sanctioned and in accordance with the terms and conditions as laid down by the

Commission.

If, as a result of check or audit objection, some irregularities are noticed at a later stage,
