The dashboard gives the user immediate access to items that are the most important for them to see. Start by looking at upcoming events that you have for the week. Then you can quickly see any new messages in the system that might need your review.

The dashboard also allows you to quickly access items that you have starred. Your starred items can easily be identified throughout the system by the star icon. Clicking on the star toggles whether or not the corresponding item is starred by you.

Projects

You can quickly see all of your projects as well as a progress meter indicating how many tasks and milestones within each project have been completed. The status and alphanumeric filters allow you to quickly see the projects you are interested in. Even faster is the Quick Jump field which will take you straight to the overview of the selected project.

The project overview shows you all the details about a specific project. You can see upcoming milestones and recent activity for the last several days. The Project Leader, Client Company, start date, project status, and all people on the project are displayed. You can also grab an RSS activity feed, download an iCal file, or link to a calendar for the project.

Documents

Users can upload files directly to the document repository of a project.

Any attachments on tickets or comments will also appear in the document list.

Admin has full control over which users can create and view documents .
