FEED MILL MANAGEMENT

ALIMET® feed supplement is an 88 percent active source of methionine. In addition to proven performance, ALIMET delivers an organic acid effect, reduces nitrogen excretions and provides better performance, especially during times of stress.

MERATM MetCa is a calcium salt of 2-hydroxy 4-(methylthio) butanoic acid (HMTBa) with a small particle size intended for the production of aquaculture feeds. MERA MetCa is a water-stable methionine precursor for effective supplementation of this limiting amino acid in modern aqua feeds.

MFPTM feed supplement offers the benefits of methionine supplementation in dry form. In addition to optimized butterfat and protein yield, MFP contains cherry flavor.

MHA® feed supplement is proven to be an effective source of methionine activity. Because of its dry granular powder form, MHA is the leading source of 2-hydroxy-4-(methylthio) butanoic acid (HMTBa) inclusions in premixes and farm feed mills. MHA delivers organic calcium, reduces nitrogen excretions and supports performance, especially during heat stress.

SURF•ACETM feedmill processing aid is a liquid preservation premixture that offers multiple economic and environmental benefits during the production of pelleted feed. SURF•ACE exerts an emulsifier action that increases pellet output, im-proves conditioning, enhances the durability of the pelleted feed and improves the overall quality of the final feed.

IDEATM assay is an in vitro assay that accurately quantifies protein and amino acid digestibility values of feed ingre-dients while predicting their in vivo protein digestibility. It is the first meaningful and practical feed ingredient assay available for everyday use.

PIGMENTS

XAMACOL®/XARACOL® feed additives are natural pigments used to enhance the color of egg yolk and broiler skin.

ASTACOL®/CANTHACOL® feed additives are nature identical pigments used to enhance meat color in poultry and aqua-culture.

OASIS® hatchling supplement is a hydrated nutritional formu-lation for use during transport from the hatchery to the farm or as a top dress application on starter feed during the first two days after placement. OASIS helps maintain gut health, villi in-tegrity and hydration during this critical life phase. OASIS can also serve as a delivery system for ADVENT® coccidiosis control.

MERATM LV is formulated as a completely balanced diet to be used for shrimp and fish during their larval and post-larval stages. It contains micro-encapsulated, natural marine ingredi-ents with high nutritional value, excellent digestibility and high attractability. MERA LV increases growth, quality and survival rate of larvae at a lower production cost as a partial live food replacement.

ANTIOXIDANTS

AGRADO® feed ingredient contains an antioxidant that the FDA reviewed, evaluated and concluded could be used in the total mixed ration of lactating dairy cows. AGRADO has superior efficacy against both animal and plant-sourced fats in the total mixed ration that protects key ingredients from oxidation and reduces harmful free radical formation that can negatively impact health and productivity.

AGRADO® Plus feed ingredient is a proprietary antioxidant blend targeted to improve the oxidative balance in commer-cially reared cattle and pigs. AGRADO Plus contains an antiox-idant that the FDA reviewed, evaluated and concluded could be used in the total mixed rations of lactating dairy cows.

SANTOQUIN® feed preservatives provide unsurpassed pro-tection from oxidative rancidity. Oxidation decreases the value of unprotected ingredients as soon as they are pro-duced and continues to degrade the nutrients over time. SANTOQUIN protects feed ingredients and prolongs nutri-tional shelf life in complete feed.

FEEDGUARDTM feed preservative is a proprietary blend of synthetic antioxidants for use in preserving fats, oils, vitamins and pigments contained in finished feeds. FEEDGUARD is a low-cost alternative to ethoxyquin in stabilizing finished feed.

NATUGUARD® feed preservatives are natural-based antioxi-dants used to preserve fats, oils, vitamins and pigments con-tained in animal feed. NATUGUARD is a natural alternative to the use of ethoxyquin for stabilizing feed. The ratios of active antioxidants in NATUGUARD have been developed to provide optimum performance at the best cost possible.

STABILON® feed preservative is a non-ethoxyquin product for use in retarding oxidative destruction of carotene, xantho-phylls and vitamins A and E in final feed, premixes and con-centrates. It is also used to help prevent development of or-ganic peroxides in pet food.

CIBENZA products optimize feed formulations, deliver feed cost reductions, sup-port a healthy digestive system and help protect the environ-ment by reducing animal waste, phosphorous and nitrogen release into the environment.

TREVERATM feed supplement is an all-natural, vegetarian source of the omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Including TREVERA in animal feed is an effective way to nu-tritionally enhance the DHA content of eggs and meat. Incor-porating TREVERA into swine diets contributes to enhanced DHA status of sows and piglets and greater performance.

BIOLOGICALSPREBIOTICS

ADVENT® coccidiosis control is a vaccine against coccidiosis, one of the greatest threats to poultry. The product is sprayed onto broiler chicks shortly after they are hatched, providing protection through a single, antibiotic-free application.

PREVIDA® is a unique prebiotic comprised of all-natural, hemicellulose extract that promotes intestinal health for a variety of aquatic species and pets.

MICOBANTM feed additive maintains the quality of feed by providing broad-spectrum risk management of molds, in-cluding the ones known to produce mycotoxins, all in one premix form. While highly dispersible in feed, MICOBAN also maintains the well-being of the animal by remaining active in the intestines. Its slow release properties enable long-lasting action, making it an ideal preservative for animal feed that is exported or stored for long periods of time.

TOXIBAN® feed additive is a blend of aluminosilicates, ammo-nium propionate and a gelling agent (lecithin) that reduces feed deterioration caused by molds and their metabolites and is an excellent management tool against molds known to produce mycotoxins.

PROSTABILTM preservative premix is used in the preservation and stabilization of compound feed and feed materials. Due to its inhibitory effect on yeasts and molds, it is particularly used to stabilize feed mixes and total mixed rations.

ZORIEN® Gold yeast feed additive is a prebiotic additive con-taining mannanoligosaccharides and beta-glucans; derived from a selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast cell wall for use in production livestock.

SOLIS® anti-caking agent is a mineral product approved for use in animal feed. When properly mixed, SOLIS has the abil-ity to target the challenges of fungal metabolites present in animal feed.

CAPTURATM is a free flowing mineral that reduces the effects of mold and toxins in animal feed.

GUT ENVIRONMENT MODIFIERS (GEMs)

ACTIVATE® nutritional feed acid is a blend of Gut Environ-

ment Modifiers (GEMs) including methionine activity. Pork

and poultry producers use ACTIVATE as an important com-

ponent of Salmonella reduction programs, in vaccination-free

and withdrawal diets, as well as an aid in increasing feed in-

take.

ACIDOMIX® preservative premix is a proprietary blend of

GEMs. Pork and poultry producers use ACIDOMIX as an im-

portant component of pathogen reduction programs, in vacci-

nation-free windows and withdrawal diets, as well as an aid in

increasing feed intake.

ACIDOMATRIXTM feed additive is a proprietary line of pro-

tected GEMs. ACIDOMATRIX organic acids are dispersed

throughout a matrix, resulting in a more consistent release

profile. The ACIDOMATRIX product line provides effective

tools to increase performance during diet changes or in an-

tibiotic-free diets.

MINERALS

MINTREX® chelated trace minerals combine ALIMET with an essential trace mineral in a two-to-one chelated molecule. The result is greater bioavailability and digestive tract stabil-

ity.

MAAC®/GLYTREXTMchelated trace minerals are a source of su-perior quality, highly bioavailable minerals. These products are made with technologies using a specific amino acid, glycine, to form a highly stable amino acid chelate. These chelates offer the advantage of being water soluble. MAAC minerals also offer the advantages of chelated minerals in liquid form.

ZORIEN® SeY yeast feed additive is a special strain of Sac-charomyces cerevisiae enriched with selenium in an organic form; selected and propagated for use in complete feeds for poultry, pork, pets, aquaculture and ruminants. The benefits of ZORIEN SeY include high bioavailability, resulting in opti-mized animal health.

MERATM Cid is a proprietary blend of feed grade organic ac-

ids designed to support beneficial bacteria by acidifying the

environment. The attributes of MERA Cid fit well in a system

intended for antibiotic-free and growth promotant-free pro-

duction.

NEXT ENHANCE® active plant components are standardized

combinations of nature-identical flavorings and essential oils

encapsulated using Novus’s patented NaturCoatTM Technolo-

gy. The products are stable under feed processing conditions

and disperse uniformly throughout the feed. These products

modify rumen fermentation in ruminants and stabilize the

gut microflora in monogastrics.

PROVENIATM combines energy rich feed materials with a

unique complex of nature identical and functional flavorings.
