5TYPES OF DIODEPhotodiode incoming light causes the creation of a pair of electrons in the region of the P-N junction positive hole, and thus increases the conductivity or increases the voltage at the P-N junction.LED luminous diode. Recombination in the region of the P-N junction when the current flows in the forward direction to cause the emission of light rays.Zener diode is usually designed so that the reverse direction occurs at a voltage of a few volts for nondestructive zener breakdown. Thanks to this it can be used as a voltage stabiliser.

6TYPES OF DIODETunnel diode +0VCapacitance diode(varicap) is a special diode designed to have greater capacity. With the size of the voltage on the diode we can slightly change its capacity. This phenomenon is used for example in tuning circuits such as radio receivers.PIN diode is a special diode which has an intrinsic regulator in the middle.
