QUALITY and STRUCTURE OF CLASSES: A SAFE ENVIRONMENT Classes are delivered by accomplished music tutors that are dedicated to sharing their knowledge of music with others. Using the London College of Music's Irish Traditional Music Syllabus to structure our traditional music classes, and the Rock School Syllabus for other contemporary instrument classes, our tutors structure classes according to the ability and interests of the individual pupils. Classes are structured in 'Terms', each of which last for nine weeks, and all levels are covered. Charging only £40 per term for tuition, we ensure that cost is not a barrier to participation. All of our tutors participate in child protection training and are vetted through Access NI, to ensure their suitability for working with children and young adults. All go through an induction process prior to starting with ATCMS and follow a strict code of conduct which provides excellent guidelines for working with young people. ATCMS is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for young people under the age of 18 and for adult pupils who attend our classes. Inherent in this is the commitment to ensure that young people and children who attend our classes are not at risk in any way. The following policies help to ensure that this is the case.
