SPA at Seafire Experience

How to SpaTo achieve optimal results and to maximize therapeutic benefits from your spa treatments, we recommend that you arrive early to enjoy the spa amenities. For your safety and sanitation, all guests receiving massage and facial services must shower prior to your services.

In consideration of all guests, all spa appointments will begin and end at the scheduled times. A punctual arrival will maximize the treatment duration and effectiveness. At minimum, please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to ensure a leisurely check-in. An hour prior is ideal to take advantage of steam rooms and co-ed hydrotherapy pool (allowing enough time to cool down afterward).

What to WearWe suggest that you wear comfortable clothing. All spa guests receiving body and facial treatments will be issued a locker for day use which will include a robe and slippers for added comfort. A swimsuit is required for use of the hydrotherapy pool. Please do not bring jewelry or valuables—The Spa at Seafire assumes no liability for any lost, stolen or misplaced personal items.

CancellationsCancellations must be made in advance of 24 hours of the appointment time to avoid a fee equal to the full value of the service. Same day modification is subject to a $25.00 change fee. Missed appointments will be charged in full. All prices are subject to change.

Age RequirementThe Spa at Seafire is open for services to guests 14 years of age and older. All guests under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult and may receive services if chaperoned by a parent. To use our spa facilities, you must be over the age of 18.

GratuityFor your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all Spa and Salon services.

CourtesyWhile enjoying the treatments and facilities at The Spa at Seafire, we respectfully request refraining from the use of cell phones and other electronic devices. To ensure complete privacy for you and other guests, photography is prohibited.

Health ConditionsPlease inform your service provider of any health conditions or questions regarding which treatment is best for you. Steam rooms, heated pools and spa treatments featuring heat are not recommended for pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, or for those with sunburn or a high sensitivity to heat.

Special RequirementsWhen making your spa reservations, please state any preferences you may have to allow for the most enjoyable spa experience. Although we will do our best to accommodate all requests, fulfillment of requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

All of our spa service providers are professionally trained and use proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Excessive alcohol consumption is contraindicated (not advised) for spa services. Alcohol from outside the hotel is not permitted.

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation or hair removal service. It is recommended that you avoid direct sun exposure immediately following your skincare therapy.
