Where did the chapters come from?

Effective Bible Study2 Timothy 2:15 Read It, Explain It, Apply It

- The ancient Jews divided the Pentateuchinto 54 sections.

- These were later sub-divided into 669 orders. - The NT was divided into certain portions early in history. - The modern division of the text is attributed to cardinal
