RESUMEN
El objetivo general de la investigación fue Analizar el femicidio como resultado de las relaciones desiguales de poder entre hombres y mujeres en Venezuela. Para lograr ello se emplearon los parámetros normativos contenidos en la como la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (1999), el Código Penal venezolano (2005), Código Orgánico Procesal Penal (2012), Ley Orgánica Sobre el Derecho de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia (2014), dentro de los textos doctrinales, resaltan los trabajos de Arias (2006), Álvarez (2011), Arteaga (2006), Bustamante (2011), Fernández (2011), Granadillo (2009), Grisanti y Grisanti (2009) entre otros. En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación fue de tipo documental, aplicando la observación directa sobre las fuentes bibliográficas que constituyen la población, anteriormente discriminada, mediante la guía de observación documental, aprobada por el Comité Académico de la Coordinación de Investigación de Derecho De la universidad privada Rafael Belloso Chacín. Entre los resultados del estudio se destaca, que aunque estado garantiza las condiciones jurídicas y administrativas para que la igualdad ante la ley sea real y efectiva e incluso con aporte internacionales, la desigualdad sigue prevaleciendo aun en nuestro país, generando focos de violencia y crímenes cometidos contra las mujeres la cual representa una violación a los derechos humanos y constituye uno de los principales obstáculos para lograr una sociedad igualitaria y plenamente democrática, todo ello producto de una gran descomposición social, motivo por el cual la sociedad debe recibir mayor enfoque educativo y sancionatorio, para que la víctima deje de serlo, y pase a ser mujeres libres de violencia donde prevalezca el respeto a la vida.

ABSTRACT
The overall objective of the research was to analyze femicide as a result of unequal power relations between men and women in Venezuela. To to this, regulatory parameters was used contained in the as the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (1999), the Venezuelan Penal Code (2005), Code of Criminal Procedure (2012), Organic Law on the Right of Women to a life Free of Violence (2014), within the doctrinal texts, highlight the work of Arias (2006), Alvarez (2011), Arteaga (2006), Bustamante (2011), Fernandez (2011), Granadillo (2009), Grisanti and Grisanti (2009) among others. In terms of methodology, research was documentary type, applying direct observation on the bibliographical sources that constitute the population, formerly discriminated against, through the guidance of documentary observation, approved by the Academic Committee of the Coordination of Research Law Rafael Belloso Chacin private university. The results the study highlights that although state guarantees the legal and administrative conditions for equality before the law real and effective and even international contribution, inequality still prevails even in our country, generating pockets of violence and crimes against women which represents a violation of human rights and constitutes one of the main obstacles to achieving an egalitarian and fully democratic society, all the product of a great social decomposition, why society must receive more educational approach and punitive, that ceases to be the victim, and becomes free from violence where women prevail respect for life.
