of charts/ graphs], ‘Power Point’ [having knowledge of at least preparation of
presentation and making a show in logical manner as desired by the controlling
officers] and ‘Access’ [at least for database management].

5. TA/ DA for official duties will be admissible as per Punjab Govt. Rules/ Instructions or any other Rules/ Instructions issued by the authorities from time-to-time. No TA/ DA will be given for joining duty.
6. You will be required to give a declaration in writing before joining to the effect that at no point of time you were dismissed from service from any Government organization or convicted by any court of law for criminal offence.
7. Casual leave will be permissible according to Punjab Govt. Instructions/ Rules or any other Rules/ Instructions issued by the authorities from time-to-time. No other leave is permissible.
8. You will not be eligible to membership to the General Provident Fund or G.I.S. etc.
9. Your services could be discontinued on one month’s notice from either side. It will however be open to the Govt. to pay you one month salary or salary for the period by which it falls short of one month; or you may also do so by depositing one month salary with Govt. in lieu of one month notice or salary for the period by which it falls short of one month.
10. Your services are liable for termination on the grounds of inefficiency, absenteeism, misconduct; or your work and conduct not found satisfactory at any time during the currency of the contract period.
11. If any information declaration/ document furnished by you in connection with this assignment on contractual basis is found to be false or incorrect at any point of time, your contract will be revoked forthwith.
12. Terms and conditions & salary for this contractual assignment are liable to change as per guidelines/directions issued by State Mission Director/ State Health Society/ State Govt./ Govt. of India from time-to-time & will be applicable accordingly.
13. Your appointment is liable to be discontinued at any time depending upon the work load requirement or validity of the project.
