MY CONTRIBUTION

Working in BHEL as intern was an enriching experience for me. Being from the commerce background, I had little knowledge about the technical n electronic works. Mostly I used to observe what people were doing and how they were doing it. I paid more emphasis on workers because I wanted to learn from the basic working units of an organization. I learnt how these workers were selected and trained to be able to work on big, heavy machines. The staff at BHEL was very supportive and answered my every doubt which came up. This internship has given me an insight into how things work in big organizations. My job was not very clearly defined, but this gave me an opportunity to explore all the things. I did some data entry work and studied various reports n surveys on BHEL. This internship proved very beneficial to me for the better understanding of HR dept. as I worked under the supervision of HR head. The way he treated problems of everyone from worker to white color employees was outstanding.

The internship has definitely added some value to me which Im sure would prove to be beneficial in the long run. I thank my college for having such internships in our curriculum.

THANK YOU!!
