the world. SEALs are the most highly trained military

The SEALs can trace their origins back to the small amphibious teams that cleared beaches in WWII.
The SEAL teams were officially commissioned after President Kennedy ordered the formation of special forces in all branches of the military in 1961

SEALs have the toughest military training in the world
Candidates aspiring to be SEALs must first attend Naval Boot Camp
After Boot Camp, students must pass a screening test
Then, SEAL candidates go to BUD/s (Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL training)
Upon passing BUD/s, SEALs move on to the SEAL teams, where they are trained on the more technical aspects of their careers
BUD/s (Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL Training) is often referred to as the military’s most demanding course.
BUD/s is specifically designed to weed out the weak and uncommitted.
BUD/s is broken up into 3 Phases1.The Gut Check2.Dive Phase3.Land Warfare
After BUD/s, students are qualified SEAL candidates and move on to the SEAL teams.
In the SEAL teams, candidates receive more weapons and demolitions training.
SEALs also attend advanced courses offered by all branches of the military.
When SEALs complete the rigorous training, they receive their SEAL trident and move on to carry out missions.
SEALs continue to operate today. Almost of their missions are still classified. SEALs operate all over the world in total
secrecy. SEALs continue to make a difference in
Afghanistan and Iraq. SEALs neutralize threats to the United
States before the problems even surface.
Vietnam: SEALs had a 200 to 1 kill ratio, and earned their legacy by striking fear into the enemy’s heart, and completing very risky missions.
Operation Desert Storm: SEALs fought along side other brave US military personnel in Iraq.
And more unclassified and classified operations.
