rookery court is located approximately 8 miles from maidstone and can be reached in around 15 minutes. to find the development take the A229 (loose road) towards hastings. follow the A229 then at the Wheatsheaf Junction turn right and continue along the A229. After approximately 4 miles, bear right onto the b2079 (maidstone road) signposted marden. travel along the b2079 for 2 miles then at the t-Junction turn left onto the high street. continue along the high street until you get to Albion road on your right and take this turning. After approximately 300ft take the second right into roundel Way which you continue to follow all the way around the bend and this will take you directly to the site.
from tunbridge Wells:
rookery court is located approximately 15 miles from tunbridge Wells and can be reached in around 30 minutes. to find the development take the A264 (pembury road) towards pembury. follow the A264 for approximately 2 miles then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted hastings (A21) and continue along the A264. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit signposted hastings (A21) and merge onto the dual carriageway (hastings road). After approximately 2 miles take the 2nd exit at the roundabout and continue along the A21 for another 3 miles. At the forstal farm roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A262 signposted goudhurst. continue along the A262 and bear right onto station road. After approximately 1 mile turn left at the crossroads in front of the vine hotel onto the b2079 (north road). follow the b2079 for approximately 2 miles until you reach marden high street. continue along marden high street, past the railway station and the st. michael & All Angels church. Albion road is on the right-hand side of the road after the high street begins to bear right, take this turning. After approximately 300ft take the second right into roundel Way which you continue to follow all the way around the bend and this will take you directly to the site.
