One of the principals of intMPE, Dr. John M. Strome started his industrial career with a First Class Honour Degree in Industrial Instrumentation from George Brown College of Toronto Ontario in 1964. After several years of Industrial Maintenance/Engineering supervisory experience in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Nuclear Power Industries throughout Canada and Puerto Rico, Dr. Strome was offered a position to manage a Technical Service Company in Sarnia, Ontario. During his successful tenure in Sarnia, the same company, Invar Industries invited Dr. Strome to move to Edmonton in Western Canada to rejuvenate a faltering branch office.

During his successful marketing tenure in the USA, Dr. Strome made an important career change after being prompted by Yahshua his LORD. He later started a Caribbean Heavy Industrial Pump Service Company.
