It was a bright and sunny day in the happy city of Punxetawney,PA.Brenden Werler and I were definitely the happiest ones of all. “Nowremember Chris don’t get lost,” said Mom.

“I won’t Mom, because I’m bringing my new phone,” I answered.         “And be nice to Brenden. Remember it’s his first game.”

“I will Mom. I mean I’ll be nice, not get lost!”I explained.After that we went to get Brenden for the game. In the car I

wondered if we really were going to get lost? Nah!When we got to Brenden’s house we saw him in the front yard with all hisPhils stuff. “ Nice foam finger Brenden,”I said.

 “Do you have a Dom Brady shirt?” asked Brenden. “ No way you have to be a millionaire to get one of those,” I

answered.“C’mon boys here’s your ticket Chris. Sorry I can’t come I just have

to go to that meeting,” said Mom.On the walk there Brenden realized something.He had forgotten his

ticket. “Chris, I um... kind of forgot my a... Ticket,”Brenden said nervously.“ Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha nice joke Brenden look the stadium is over there.”

I said excitedly. “ Chris I really forgot my ticket” Brenden said ashamed.“ Okay You go back and get it I’ll go to my seat.”I told him“Okay,” replied Brenden.I went into the stadium and thought about what mom said,“Don’t get

lost.”When I got there the big clock in the stadium said five minutes until

the game started.I was all psyched up.I went to my seats and it was aboutten minutes into the first quarter Phil’s up by three points 10­7.Man It musthave took 15 minutes getting up those 1,000 staircases and to get pastthose 4,000,000 spectators.So, I decided to go get so food so I left my

seat.I came back with a hotdog about ten minutes later.

It looked like someone had checked our seats because of the waythe It was messy. Not the way I left it. I was feeling nervous.Did someoneknow we were here by ourselves. 7 year old boys at a footballgame.Criminals would love to kidnap us.We were basically Human prey.

Wait... where is Brenden? Then I saw his lucky hat on the ground.Hemight have been kidnapped!I had to go find him, I thought. Calm down,calm down. He probably thought I would be at the seats.He didn’t find meand went to look for me. I slowly walked towards the consession stands.

There was this big fat guy right there beside me.He was probablyabout 500 pounds. Still instead of a diet he eats extra large subs. I was atthe Extra Easy Pizza and Subs. There was a map of the stadium next tothe restaurant.Hmm... that extra Easy Pizza and Pubs was the only one inthe stadium.

 It seemed that Brenden must have gone to the other side of thestadium. I tried to call him on my phone. No one picked it up. He also musthave forgotten his phone. What a clutz!

“Okay everyone it’s the end of the first half and it’s time to call up ourtwo lucky winners,” yelled the owner over the loud speaker.

Brenden hrrrr. He made me miss the first half.Next time I see him Itear his lungs out.

I decided to listen to the owner while looking at my ticket.All of asudden everybody stopped moving.The fat guy had the sub Right at hismouth.The juvenile cashier working had stopped flat with the fat guy’schange in his hand. I could still hear the crowd cheering

“LET’S GO LET’S GO, L­E­T­S­G­O” over and over again.I feltworried. Will I ever find Brenden? I was sighing loudly. I thought thateveryone could hear me.They must be thinking, man that guy must betired. but,I wasn’t tired at all I was worried.

The owner was talking now.The people had started to move.Theowner continued.

“The lucky winners are seats 45 and 46 of section... B! A lot ofpeople grunted then I looked at my ticket. Seat 46 section B!

“YAAAAAA!!!!!! I WON !!!!!!!,” I yelled so hard the Fat guy seemed

to

get deaf.I galloped down to the field. I would finally find Brenden. I would also

get season tickets to the Phil’s for free!I was so happy no one or nothing could put me down.Except

something occurred to me. Is Brenden safe? If I go down there to get thatprize how do I know I’ll get home safely?

I tried to remember what seat he sat at but, all of a sudden I heard avoice on the loudspeaker.

Part Two: Brenden’s Perspective

It was a bright and sunny day in the happy city of Punksatony,PA.Everyone was happy. The happiest were me and Chris Toummums. Theywere both going to a Phils game.

“ Brenden are you ready for your first Phils game,”asked my mom.“ Yaa I have my clothes on. Is it okay if I sit outside to wait for Chris?

”I answered.“Sure,” she yelled as she walked into the kitchen. “ Just remember to

bring your ticket. It’s on the counter.” But I was already outside.“Hey Chris do you have a Dom Brady shirt?” I asked.“No way you have to be a millionaire to have one,” Chris answered.“ C’mon boys, here’s your ticket Chris. sorry I can’t come I just have

to   go to that meeting,” his mom said.On the walk I rememberedsomething.

“ Hey Chris I sort of... a... Forgot my a... ticket,” I nervously said toChris.

“Ha Ha Ha Ha good joke Brenden,look the stadium is just overthere,” He answers as if it was a joke.

“Chris I really forgot my ticket,” I say.“ Really? Okay, Go back to your house and I’ll go to the game,” He

asked.“ Okay,” I answer.I went home and found my burly father doing his

daily excersises.“ Hey son, I thought you were going to the game?” Dad said.“ Yeah, but I forgot my ticket,”I said ashamed.“ Your mother went to the stadium to get you your ticket,” Dad told

me.I ran out the door as quickly as I could.Soon after, I could see thestadium about a mile away.I also saw the clock in the stadium, it was abouttwo minutes until the game started,and I could see Mom right in front of thestadium looking for me. She was waving the ticket in her hand.As I nearedher she saw me and walked over.

“Brenden where were you?” she asked in a exhausted tone.“ I went home to get my ticket and Dad said you came to give it to

me,” I answered.“ Okay, here’s you’re ticket have fun,” Mom told me as she left for

home. I came into the stadium,it was packed! Well I went to my seat and saw that Chris hadn’t come to the seats

yet so I went to into the consession stands to look for him.I was going to call him but I always keep my phone in my hat and it

seemed that my hat fell off back at the seats. I just decided to look for himaround the stadium.

 I went to the only Extra Easy Pizza and Subs. There was this Fatzowho was at least 6,000 pounds who was chomping on a Deluxe Easy mealsuper Sub.There could have been a person on the other side,but I couldn’ttell.

I decided to just watch the game and hopefully, find Chris. I wentback to my seat to watch the second half.The owner was out on thefield.All of a sudden everyone stopped moving.The people in the standshad stopped but kept chanting. I was probably not as worried aschris.Sometimes he cries over small things. But now I was nearly crying.

  Then, like nothing just happened, everything returned to normal“ Our lucky winners are the people in seats 45 and 46 of.......Section

B”I looked down at my ticket.Seat 45 section B! I won and that means

Chris won too. I ran up to the field as fast as I could.I pushed the owner

away from the microphone.“Could Chris Toumums please come to the field thank you.”I

shouted Chris came running from the gate. We hugged,and the best partabout it is we both agreed to not tell our parents about the mishap.

The end
