The renewal of life can happen every moment and your own thoughts and feelings can reflect this wonderful feeling, being steadfast and strong in your own inner unbound joy. Take a look at the world around you and all that it has to offer. And once your perspec-tive changes get ready to receive all of the wonderful things that you’ve wanted to come into your life.

It isn’t just about getting the new house or the new car; it is about be-ing happy. As the old adage says, “In order to find happiness, look with-in.” You’re not going to find happi-ness in a new house. Sure the house will be nice and have all the material

wants that you desire, but it is only a temporary happiness. There will always be something else you may think that will make you happy. The material things may feel as if they fill the void, but only for a short time. And then that search to get rid of the emptiness inside comes back. It isn’t going to be found in new set of wheels, either.

Where Happiness BeginsHappiness begins within you.

So you may ask, “Well, how do I get happy when I have nothing to be happy about?” Look for things you appreciate now; people, things, or experiences that you already have. Searching deep within yourself to learn why you feel unhappy. It isn’t just because you don’t have the next material thing; it is usually because your life doesn’t feel balanced. Maybe you just want something to

distract you from looking at the real definition of happiness. Maybe you are so unhappy with others’ opinions about you. Realize you can change all of it. You can. But it begins with-in you.

Happiness is not something you have to chase because it lies right within you. Shift your own perspec-tives and discover what is good in your life now. Begin to live as if spring is always here. Enjoy all of the new growth that is happening within you, even if it comes cloaked in a negative experience. You can change how it comes to you. Growth within doesn’t have to come from struggle, it can happen with ease. So find the positive in everything that comes your way. And should you have an experience that seems something less than positive, make it your mission to find the positive

each situation pertains to your life and, by understanding and recognizing this Uni-versal dance that you are a part of, your life will take on a different meaning. You, and only you, are responsible for your own reactions to and perceptions of every experience in your life. If someone says something derogatory to you, you have the choice to decide how it affects you. Realize that what they say can only affect your life if you become wrapped up in the negative feelings it instills in you. Contin-ually finding the peace within you brings a sense of calm and happiness will follow.

Each day assess how you handle your life and your reactions to others. Through a change in your perceptions thought pat-terns you will begin to live a calmer and easier. We are all a part of the natural flow of the Universe. We are all meant to be happy. Happiness begins by finding it within everything we do no matter what. When we are able to understand and em-brace this, life becomes an amazing jour-ney. Attract happiness into your life and be ready for a journey like none other. Be-cause this journey is yours.

Please help a family in need. This isn’t about paying off student loans or financing a shopping spree, etc. It is regarding my sister, Alisha T, who has Stage 3 lung cancer. This family is in trouble, the kind we ourselves hope we are never in. What is the most expensive car in the world? The 1931 Bugatti Royale Kellner Coupe was sold for $8,700,000 in 1987. However, that car and many alike will not be in-cluded in this list because it is not available on the market today. It is hard to imagine someone would ac-tually spend $8 million dollars on a car instead of using it for something more productive. However, if you have the money and the opportunity, you will definitely spend a small fraction of it to place a few of these supercars in your garage. Here is the 10 most expensive production cars on the market.

1. Bugatti Veyron $1,700,000. This is by far the most expensive street legal car available on the mar-ket today. It is the fastest accelerat-ing car reaching 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. It claims to be the fastest car with

a top speed of 253 mph+. However, the title for the fastest car goes to the SSC Ultimate Aero which exceed 253 mph pushing this car to 2nd place for the fastest car.

2. Lamborghini Reventon $1,600,000. The most powerful and the most expensive Lamborghini ever built is the second on the list. It takes 3.3 seconds to reach 60 mph and it has a top speed of 211 mph. Its rarity (limited to 20) and slick design are the reasons why it is so expensive and costly to own.

3. McLaren F1 $970,000. In 1994, the McLaren F1 was the fast-est and most expensive car. Even though it was built 15 years ago, it has an unbelievable top speed of 240 mph and reaching 60 mph in 3.2 sec-onds. Even as of today, the McLaren

F1 is still top on the list and it out-performed many other supercars.

4. Ferrari Enzo $670,000. The most known supercar ever built. The Enzo has a top speed of 217 mph and reaching 60 mph in 3.4 seconds. Only 400 units were produced and it is currently being sold for over $1,000,000 at auctions.

5. Pagani Zonda C12 F $667,321. Produced by a small independent company in Italy, the Pagani Zonda C12 F is the 5th fastest car in the world. It promises to delivery a top speed of 215 mph+ and it can reach 0-60 in 3.5 seconds.

7. Saleen S7 Twin Turbo $555,000. The first true American production certified supercar, this cowboy is also rank 3rd for the

fastest car in the world. It has a top speed of 248 mph+ and it can reach 0-60 in 3.2 seconds. If you are a true American patriot, you can be proud to show off this car.

8. Koenigsegg CCX $545,568. Swedish made, the Koenigsegg is fighting hard to become the fastest car in the world. Currently, it is the 4th fastest car in the world with a top speed of 245 mph+, the car manu-

9. Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren Roadster $495,000. A GT supercar, the SLR McLaren is the fastest auto-matic transmission car in the world

with a top speed of 206 mph+ and reaching 60 mph in 3.8 seconds. It is a luxurious convertible with a really powerful engine, which results in outstanding performances and style.

Water, Water Everywhere!With the heat

we’ve been having recently, I thought it would be a great time to discuss WATER. The aver-age human body is

made up of about 65% water. That means that out of every 100 pounds a person weighs, 65 pounds of that is water. WOW!

How much water should I drink each day? The amount varies from person to person based on several fac-tors; how active a person is to where you live. To keep it simple we’ll stick with the doctors recommended amount of 8 cups of water per day. This number is based on how much water it would take to replace what our bodies lose every day through our normal bodily functions like breathing, going to the bathroom, and sweating.

How can I tell if I’m drinking enough water? The easiest way to tell if you are getting enough fluids is by looking at the color of your urine. It should be colorless to a very pale shade of yellow. If it’s a dark yellow to orange, you need more fluids!

What if I don’t like water? Some foods have very high water content. So if you find it hard to consume just plain old water, look to your food as a source of replacing fluids. Some of the highest water containing foods are lettuce, watermelon, broccoli, grapefruit, milk, orange juice, car-rots, yogurt, and apples. Surprisingly enough, your caffeinated beverages (and even beer) can count towards your daily fluid intake. Of course your best option would be to go for that glass of cold, refreshing, calorie-free water and you can always jazz it up by adding a slice of lemon, lime, orange, or even cucumber.

What health benefits can I expect from increasing my fluid intake? Ev-ery system in our body is dependent upon water. So being and staying well hydrated offers up some amazing health benefits. Just to name a few - it helps to reduce fatigue while in-creasing energy levels, raises our me-tabolism and is a natural appetite sup-pressant (both aiding in weight loss), healthier hair and skin, less chance of injury by increasing bone density (re-duces muscle cramps and joint pain), improves digestion, and overall puts us in a better mood.

Is it possible to drink too much water? Yes. However, it would take a massive amount of water consumed at once to cause any problems. Unless you are a serious marathon runner or an extreme athlete; most people will never have to give this issue a second thought. If you are concerned or have questions about the adverse effects

of drinking too much water, I recom-mend talking with your doctor.

So here are some simple ways to get more fluids. Purchase a portable water bottle. These come in a variety of sizes, shapes and colors. I would suggest a 24 ounce size – but make it fun by picking your favorite color, design, or shape – and take it with you everywhere you go! Set a timer on your watch or phone to go off every hour as a reminder. Just make sure that cup of water is consumed before the next “beep”. Start using a water purification or filtration system. The pitchers work great and do not cost a lot of money. Just replace the filter as often as needed and you have fresh, filtered water available all the time. Again, add fruit slices to the pitcher or your individual water bottle for a splash of color and flavor. And fi-nally, eat more foods that have higher water content.
