the Filipino Peopleoriginally slated on August 27, 2011 at 7 oclock in the evening
at the Plaza Quezon, Naga City, please be informed of the following changes in the
schedule and venue, to wit:
Date: September 1, 2011
Time: 4 pm to 6.30 pm
Venue: University of Nueva Caceres Sports Palace

schools that the original time and date may not generate maximum participation of
our target participants given the long weekend from August 27 to August 30, 2011.
Our target participants are fourth year high school and college students from the
different schools in Naga City. Considering too the unpredictability of the weather,

changes were made following reports from various schools that the time and date may
not be suitable for our target participants given the long weekend from August 27 to
August 30, 2011. Our target participants are the fourth year high school and college
students from the different schools in Naga City. Considering too the unpredictability ofour weather, the IBP board deemed it better to hold the forum on campus.
In this connection, please disregard our previous request to provide the venue.
Instead, may we request the City Government to sponsor a dinner for the guests after the
forum? Guests include the forum speakers/reactors and their companions as well as
officers and certain members of the IBP and co-sponsors. Dinner will be for forty (40)
persons at a cost of at least ten thousand (P10, 000.00) pesos.
The City Government shall be acknowledged as co-sponsor of this event in all on-
air plugging and advertisements, as well as during the program itself.
We thank you for your ever ready and unstinting support of the IBPs
community-related activities.
Sincerely yours,
